SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

  • Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground Shipping.
  • Free standard shipping is included on all orders, unless expedited shipping is selected at checkout.
  • At this time, we do not ship to multiple addresses in one order.
  • Our products are shipped using eco-conscious packaging to reduce paper waste, while also keeping products climate-controlled.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • AQUAMARINE does not currently offer international orders or shipping. All orders must be placed and shipped in the USA. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

  • In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment at: info@aquamarineskin.com
  • Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. 
  • We will send a replacement order. 


ORDERS

  • No. You do not have to have an account to place an order.
  • Most orders are processed within two business days (processing time does not include weekend days). *Launch timing may vary.* Orders for Priority Shipping will be processed within one business day if received by 3:00 PM EST. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). We're sorry, we are currently unable to accept orders that are billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience. *All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
  • Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at info@aquamarineskin.com with your inquiry.
  • Please be careful when entering your shipping address, AQUAMARINE cannot be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
  • Please refer to your shipping confirmation email to track your order.
