What is Derma-Actives Technology ™ ?
Derma-Actives Technology ™ is a powerful skincare sequence designed to deliver highly-active and potent ingredients to multiple skin layers in the optimal sequence for visible results.

How do I use the products?
Everyone’s skin needs are slightly different, and you should always pay attention to how your skin reacts to each of the products.

The daily step-by-step process is: Cleanse with the Aqua Cleanser morning and night, apply the Glycolic & Lactic Resurfacing Gel in the morning-only, and then Moisturize with the Hydrating Oil Free Lotion. Follow with an oil-free SPF.

The Glycolic & Lactic Resurfacing Gel should be applied every other day to start, and then can be increased as tolerated by your skin.

When can I expect to see results?
Depending on the specific concern and condition of the skin, one can expect to see the start of results in weeks while other deeper lying aging issues may take several months to notice a remarkable improvement.

Where are your products manufactured?
All our formulas are made in the USA.

Are your products natural?
Whenever possible, we choose naturally derived ingredients over synthetics in all formulations. Our products are gluten-free, soy-free and vegan.

Are your products non-toxic?
Our products are free of parabens, phthalates, triclosan, BPA, mineral oil, petroleum, petrolatum, and synthetic dyes. We continue to strive to offer the most natural ingredients possible, while still being effective for anti-acne and anti-aging results.

Does AQUAMARINE test on animals?
AQUAMARINE is cruelty-free and never tested on animals. Our products are Leaping Bunny Certified.

What temperatures do these products need to be stored at?
We recommend storing your products in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Our products are shipped using eco-conscious packaging to reduce paper waste, while also keeping products climate-controlled.

What happens if I have a reaction?
If you have a severe reaction, stop using the products right away and contact: info@aquamarineksin.com

If your skin feels sensitive or dry, reduce your use of the Resurfacing Glycolic & Lactic Gel to every other day, or every two days until your skin adjusts. Our ingredients are powerful, potent and highly-active!

At what age should I start using "anti-aging" skincare?
Signs of aging may begin as early as your 20's. While this is not chronological aging it could be caused by environmental and lifestyle factors. AQUAMARINE addresses those specific concerns with preventative products which help break into the cycle and provide real anti-aging benefits.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
AQUAMARINE will accept items for return within 30 days of purchase. We are unable to process exchanges at this time. Items will be refunded for the price shown on your order confirmation less any applied discounts. Only items purchased are refunded. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. What are your return instructions?
If you're unhappy with your AQUAMARINE products, email us within 30 days of your order, and we will refund your purchase price less shipping fees. We will provide a prepaid USPS label via email so you can return the unused product. Your refund will be processed after we receive the product.

Can I cancel my order?
At this time, we are unable to process order cancellations. Please see our Return Policy for more information.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

What is your shipping policy?
Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground Shipping. Free standard shipping is included on all orders, unless expedited shipping is selected at checkout. At this time, we do not ship to multiple addresses in one order.

Do you ship internationally?
AQUAMARINE does not currently offer international orders or shipping. All orders must be placed and shipped in the USA.

What kind of shipping packaging do you use?
Our products are shipped using eco-conscious packaging to reduce paper waste, while also keeping products climate-controlled.

My item arrived damaged; what should I do?
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment at: info@aquamarineskin.com. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. We will send a replacement order.

 

ORDERS

Do I have to set up an account to place an order?
No. You do not have to have an account to place an order.

When will my order be processed?
Most orders are processed within two business days (processing time does not include weekend days). *Launch timing may vary* Orders for Priority Shipping will be processed within one business day if received by 3:00 PM EST. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). We're sorry, we are currently unable to accept orders that are billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience. *All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?
Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at info@aquamarineskin.com with your inquiry.

I put the wrong address on my order, what should I do?
Please be careful when entering your shipping address, AQUAMARINE cannot be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

How can I check the status of my order?
Please refer to your shipping confirmation email to track your order.
