- AQUAMARINE will accept items for return within 30 days of purchase. We are unable to process exchanges at this time. Items will be refunded for the price shown on your order confirmation less any applied discounts. Only items purchased are refunded. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

- If you're unhappy with your AQUAMARINE products, email us within 30 days of your order, and we will refund your purchase price less shipping fees.
- We will provide a prepaid USPS label via email so you can return the unused product.
- Your refund will be processed after we receive the product.
- At this time, we are unable to process order cancellations.
- You do not have to have an account to place an order.
- Most orders are processed within two business days (processing time does not include weekend days). *Launch timing may vary.* Orders for Priority Shipping will be processed within one business day if received by 3:00 PM EST. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). We're sorry, we are currently unable to accept orders that are billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience. *All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
- Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your inquiry.
- Please be careful when entering your shipping address, AQUAMARINE cannot be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
