RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • AQUAMARINE will accept items for return within 30 days of purchase. We are unable to process exchanges at this time. Items will be refunded for the price shown on your order confirmation less any applied discounts. Only items purchased are refunded. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  • If you're unhappy with your AQUAMARINE products, email us within 30 days of your order, and we will refund your purchase price less shipping fees. 
  • We will provide a prepaid USPS label via email so you can return the unused product. 
  • Your refund will be processed after we receive the product.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS 

  • At this time, we are unable to process order cancellations. Please see our Return Policy for more information. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

  • Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground Shipping. 
  • Free standard shipping is included on all orders, unless expedited shipping is selected at checkout. 
  • At this time, we do not ship to multiple addresses in one order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • AQUAMARINE does not currently offer international orders or shipping. All orders must be placed and shipped in the USA. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

  • In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment at: info@aquamarineskin.com
  • Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. 
  • We will send a replacement order. 

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Most orders are processed within two business days (processing time does not include weekend days).
  • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
  • Orders for Priority Shipping will be processed within one business day if received by 3:00 PM EST.
  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
  • We're sorry, we are currently unable to accept orders that are billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience.
  • *All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

  • Restock dates vary depending on product availability. Please sign up for our emails to find out when your favorite product will be back in stock!
